Each vertical we serve has its own pricing tier — because the deliverables differ. Below is what's live today (self-storage); other verticals open at similar price points as we ship them.

Why no upfront fee
The website build (typically 25–30 hours of design + dev) is amortized into months 1–6 of your retainer. By month 7 the build is recouped and the retainer is pure ongoing-service margin. Year 2 we drop the price ~20% to reflect that.
Why month-to-month
We earn the relationship every month. After year 1 you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — you keep the website, the domain, the Google Business Profile, and all your analytics history. Lock-in is convenience, not contract.
